There is no obligation with this service, it is simply to help you to make an informed decision.

All you need to do is fill out our simple form on the 'Contact Us' page, letting us know when would be a suitable time to call to arrange a meeting, and we will be in touvh at your earliest convenience.

The next step is for us to visit you at your property to discuss the type of building you are considering, and whereabouts it would go. At this stage we will discuss the type of design, and the size of the building and the designer will discuss with you what options are suitable for your build in order to put together a specification based on your individual requirements, and give you an approximate quotation.

There is no obligation to take the project any further at this stage, however if you would like to go ahead, upon your approval we will produce technical drawings that can be used for planning permission and construction.

We are happy to work closely with you throughout the development to make sure you are happy with everything before construction begins, that everything runs smoothly during construction, and that the completed development is everything you imagined.
