We can handle everything from the planning process through to the design and build. Groundworks can be sourced locally or can be included in our price, whichever is most appropriate.

If you already have plans drawn up, we can use these to provide a price for you. If not, we can work with you to produce sketches of your proposal, which we can then arrange to have turned into a planning proposal, if appropriate. Once the planning process is complete, we can look after all other aspects, including building regulations and structural calculations.

Occasionally, we are asked to provide a frame for part of an overall project. This is because oak frames are not only beautiful to look at, but they provide a cost effective alternative to a brick and block structure. The frame can be supplied for your own builder to assemble, or we can provide a price to supply and erect. Either way, we are happy to discuss your needs directly with you or your builder.
